In-stock items ship within 2-3 days via UPS/USPS.
Made to order pieces will be shipped within 7-14 days, and the order will be updated with tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every Happy Lasso piece is shaped by hand, giving each item its own character. With the nature of handmade work, you’ll notice subtle shifts in glaze color and detailing from piece to piece. These variations are part of what makes our pottery special—each item is truly its own.
Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for small glaze variations or other signs of handmade craftsmanship.
We’re happy to replace or refund pieces that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your pottery arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged piece and the packaging. From there, we’ll arrange a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we’re unable to address damage claims made after the 24-hour window.
